Default Getting the Automatic Stay Lifted After a Tenant Files Bankruptcy

How long does it take for a landlord to get relief from the automatic stay after a tenant files for bankruptcy, so that they may evict for non-payment of post-petition rent?

It will depend on the bankruptcy court's docket, but with diligence it should be possible to get a court to rule on a motion within thirty days of its submission, if not less.
