Unhappy Why Is There an Arrest Warrant If I've Never Gone to Court

Can you advise me regarding the Florida statute of limitations regarding number 832.05 and if the statute begins when the 'crime' was reported or does it only begin after an arraignment ??

This occurred in 1999 and If I have never been to court on this matter and/or ever even notified in any way does the statute of limitations apply and since it's been 8 years why is there still a warrant out for my arrest??

    What can I do??

There is no statute of limitations once you are charged with a crime.

You can turn yourself in or contact an attorney to try and get this resolved; it isn't going to go away.
