Default Who Qualifies As a "Additional Debtor" in Chapter 13 Filing

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: California

I am wondering if this bankruptcy filing that I am looking at is fraudulent or not. A couple that was married at one time but became divorced in 1995 are still living together have filed a bankruptcy together. One is listed as the "Debtor" and the other as the "Additional Debtor" They never re-married, does that matter?

    Thanks!
