It is possible that the foster children will be removed from the home if the placement agency finds that illegal drugs are being used in the home, or that the children may be exposed to illegal drugs, to people who are intoxicated, or to dangerous or criminal behavior.
Licensing issues would depend upon the extent to which the issue can be ascribed to the foster parents, and whether and how it is resolved -- but unless and until the placement agency is comfortable that illegal drugs are no longer an issue in the household, the foster parents should not expect any further placements even if they remain licensed.
