Exclamation What Will You Have to Pay in Fines and Court Assessments After Shoplifting

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Illinois.
I currently have a misdemeanor for Retail Theft. This happened recently and I just turned 18. It is my 1st criminal offense. I still attend high school as a senior and I work a minimum wage job. I'm wondering what will be my charges as for Court Fines? I know what I already owe the Store. I was just wondering about Court?

Default Re: How Much for Court Fines

that will depend on multiple factors than nobody on an internet forum can answer for you. You may be offered a diversion program, probation, a fine, or even a jail sentence...or some combination of those. Did you accept a plea deal, still awaiting trial, or what?
