Default Can the Power Company Come Onto Your Property to Cut Trees Down Near Overhead Lines

My question involves real estate located in the State of: North Carolina
Recently the power company came onto my property to cut down trees and clear an area which the power lines crosses over my property.. I looked at my survey and there's no easement for power company access

Call the power company and ask them. Almost certainly they do have an easement to maintain the area under the lines. Most power companies are glad to explain things

Have you checked with the power company for information on the easement? There is an easement or there would not be power lines crossing your land.
