    Default Inappropriate Conduct at Work

An employee at work is making inappropriate sexual comments and is engaging in flirtatious and inappropriate activity with other employees. One of her co-workers is very uncomfortable as a result of her actions and behaviors, but doesn't want to report her because she might lose her job. On the other hand, the employee wants the behavior to stop. What should he do?
