    Default Can You Select Which Debts To Discharge In Bankruptcy

    that if u file for a ch.7 bankruptcy you can choose what credit cards or auto loan(s) u want to discharge, u don't need to file for bankruptcy every single loan that u have?

    Not exactly. If you file Ch 7, you will have to disclose all of your debts and the Court will send a notice of your bankruptcy filing to ALL of your creditors. However, you may sign a reaffirmation agreement with those creditors who you wish to continue paying. You should consult a local bankruptcy attorney to answer questions concerning your situation and whether Ch 7 is adviseable or whether it will achieve your desired goal.
