Default What Can You Say About the Prosecutor at Trial

If you were arrested at your home, but ultimately not charged, and are called as a witness to testify against a member of your household who was caught with drugs, what comments can you make about the prosecuting attorney? If a the witness is angry about the arrest and the manner in which it disrupted his life, and the suspicion it brought upon him, is he allowed to bring that up or to scold the prosecutor for that carelessness?
