    There is assuredly an easement for the overhead lines that would give the utility the right to maintain the easement without your permission. You just haven't found it yet. Just because the easement doesn't show on you deed or survey doesn't mean it doesn't exist.


    Call the electric company and ask if they have any information on the easement.
