Default Can You Complete a Court-Ordered Anger Management Program in Another State

My question involves criminal law for the state of: California

My fiancé is under informal probation and was sentenced to complete a 52 week anger management program in California. We're set to move to Nevada at the beginning of next year. It seems that all programs in our area won't let my fiancé do a 16 week program in the mean time and then complete the rest elsewhere. My questions are (1) does he need to complete all 52 weeks in California? or (2) can he fulfill some in California and the rest in Nevada? (3) if so, does anyone know of any programs in the Santa Clara county that will allow him to do this? and (4) can he do this online in our situation? TIA

He needs to ask his probabtion officer all these questions.

Has has he even asked if he can leave the state at all?

As part of his probation is there a restraining order preventing him from having contact with you?

First, it's an informal probation so he never had a probation officer appointed to him because it's unsupervised and secondly, I never pressed any charges, so no restraining order in place. Thus, why I'm seeking advice/info/guidance from here...

If he is on probabtion, yes, charges were "pressed" by somebody (the state presses charges. The victim is a witness) but in every state I am familiar with, the state imposes a restraining order for the defendant to have no contact with the victim in a domestic violence case. It does not require the victim to seek such an order. The court issues it on its own volition.

Regardless of formal or informal probation, he was given rules he must follow and i strongly suspect on of them is to not leave the state.

Who has granted him permission to move to Nevada? As part of his court conditions, he is not to travel out of the state without prior approval from the court or the monitoring agency.
