Default Re: Can You Sue Workers Comp for Inadequate Medical Treatment

You can't sue workers compensation for injuries that you believe you experience from inadequate medical care, but you can bring a legal action to compel them to provide adequate medical care. You should consult a worker's compensation lawyer.

If a doctor's treatments are inadequate and result in further injury, there is a possibility that a claim could be made against the doctor for medical malpractice. But start with a worker's compensation lawyer, and decide in consultation with the lawyer what further steps or claims might be appropriate.
