    Default Re: Denial Of Citinzenship

You were denied, but you weren't removed and remain in status?

You should be able to reapply at a later date, but you really should consult an immigration lawyer about the specifics of your case and what you might be able to do to improve your chances. The USCIS is supposed to weigh such negative factors as your drunk driving convictions against the length of time you have kept a clean record, and your other positive equities.
