    Default Minor Moving Out in Texas

    i need to know fast if you can move out when your 16 or 17 in texas without being emancipated. i dont really want to get involved with courts and all that stuff. if i have to do you have a website where i can look at the papers i need to fill out. please help i want to move out soon sooo bad!

    with one parents consent but not the other! i live with my dad and he will say no but my mom has custody of me and she will say yes!

    do you have to be emancipated or can i just go?

    When an unemancipated minor leaves home without parental consent, it's called "running away".
