Question Using a Facebook Account in Somebody Else's Name

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Colorado

My ex boyfriend posed as my adult son on his facebook messenger. He had conversations with at least 3 women, sexually explicit conversations, managing to obtain compromising photos in the process. All of the women are over 18. I am just wondering if this was legal? To pose as someone else to obtain these kind of photos?

If I were your son, I'd be letting each of these young ladies know exactly what had happened and I'd be reporting it to Facebook.

I'd seriously consider making a police report, too. Just as a CYA move.

Why don't you just serve him with a proper notice to terminate his tenancy and if he fails to vacate by the end of the notice period, file an unlawful detainer suit and have him evicted.

Post history. (Not alarming, but there's another thread going on that seems to be leaking into this thread.)
