Default Compliance With U.S. Vaccination Laws and Form DS-260

In the family based DS 260 immigration visa application form, a field asks, 'Do you have documentation to establish that you have received vaccinations in accordance with U.S. law?' This is a Yes/ No answer question.
If the applicant, his spouse and all his children received vaccinations and have documents in accordance with the law of their native country (say, India), should he answer this question Yes, or No?
    Thanks for any help.

If Indian law requires every vaccine required under U.S. law, and they have had all of those vaccines, then they can answer "yes" by virtue of that coincidence. If it does not, then the answer is "no".

Still trying to screw up your uncles visa application I see.

Seriously dude, your instincts are so far off the mark you really need to stop "helping" your uncle.
