Default Does Your Credit Report Show All Judgments Against You

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: OHIO

I'm starting to dissect my credit report I recently received and now I've arrived to troubleshooting my public records. So far, I have a handful of things that are listed under the public record. I have two questions about this portion of my credit report:

    1) Is the a complete and comprehensive report of any and all judgments or public records against me regarding my credit? All my delinquent accounts are from years ago and I have nothing new like this, since I decided to change my life in a lot of positive ways. Can I trust this is a accurate list, or do I need to go down to the courthouse and pull a more complete record of other judgments (again, just regarding credit) that may not be appearing on myFICO report? Again, I've had nothing in recent years that would have gone this way.

    2) I know that sometimes a judgment on the public record can lead to some type of wage garnishment. I'm self-employed, so there is no way for them to attach it to anything if so, but I do know people in my family this happened to through their jobs. How can I find out what garnishments (if any) are currently active against me?

    Thanks!

    1. No. There is no guarantee that all debts and judgments are reflected on a credit report.

    2. Check the records from each and every court in which a judgment was entered

Thanks for the info. However, I'm not following one thing you mentioned there about the courts. I have various credit collections against me from a time in my life where I was not-so responsible (which is thankfully over). I really have no idea who filed judgments (and potentially won) and who didn't. I also don't know what courts would be involved it they were. I mean, I have a court house I can go to downtown, but I don't know what they'd be able to tell me.

Is there one please I can go and run my name that will show a list of any and all judgments anyone has ever gotten against me, the results of the case and whether or not a wage garnishment is being pursed? This way I can try to clean some of that mess up.

Also, is this something where I can get everything myself or should I consider having a lawyer do it (in order to be more thorough)?
