My question involves criminal law for the United States
I was serving a 10 year state sentence. While serving the 10 year state sentence I was taken to Federal Court and sentenced to 10 years Concurrent with the state 10 year sentence in 1987. On October 25, 1989 the Federal Parole Commission granted me mandatory parole while still in state prison. On December 15, 1989 I exhausted the state 10 year sentence. On walking out of the front gate at the unit I was housed. Two Federal Marshals handcuff me and transported to to a county jail where I remained until January 7, 1990 and was released with 534 days on Federal Parole to serve. I recently type the number on the Federal document and used my name also in the Federal BOP inmate database. I came up in the search as having been a physical inmate in the Federal Bureau of Prisons when no Federal Court has ever sentenced me to Federal prison and I have never been an inmate in the BOP. The false inmate record history has been following around in the background for the past 29 years. I also did not have any federal time to be paroled on October 25, 1989. I did not have any Federal time to be held in county jail on and I did not legally have 534 days in Federal time to serve on a concurrent sentence. I am presently still in the Federal BOP inmate database as having been released on January 7, 1990. The same day I was released from the county jail to serve the 534 days on Federal parole. All of my state and federal sentence was legally exhausted on December 15, 1989. I have not been tried or convicted of a felony since my time exhuasted on that date.
