Default How Does a J1 Visa Holder Adust Status After Marrying a Citizen

I am a US citizen and I will soon be marrying a J-1 visa holder. I would like to know the steps to be taken after we get married to go from J-1 to PR. I know she needs to get a waiver for the 2-years rule if it applies to her. One the waiver is approved, what next?
    Thanks

She needs to find out if she's subject to the two year home residence rule. If she is, you MUST either get the waiver or she needs to go home for two years. She can't adjust her status until this is resolved. If she gets the waiver, then you can apply to change her status based on your marriage.
