Question Does an 18-Year-Old Senior Need To Be Emancipated?

Facts -- My daughter is 18 and has joined the Virginia National Guard (going to basic in Jun). She is a senior in high school. She has a job and works 32 hours a week.

Problem -- She is no longer willing to follow the rules in our home and has stepped out of line one to many times. The environment has become totally dysfunctional and she is no longer welcome.

    Question (s) --

Is there any issue with me pushing her out/allowing her to move out of our home?

Am I still required to act a parent with regard to school matters?

Am I required to provide support to her? (Note -- we will be providing supplemental support in the form of food, I will maintain her on my medical coverage as a student (like her sister who attends college) and cover her on my auto policy (again, like her sister who attends college)

Is there any requirement to file anything with the state or county?

    Thanks
