A woman owned a home that she sold to her daughter's boyfriend under a land contract, so that he and her daughter would have a place to live. The boyfriend is making his payments as required, has the place insured, is paying the taxes and utility bills -- he's fulfilling his duties. He's the only buyer under the land contract. However, he and he daughter are breaking up and the mother no longer wants to sell him the property. Can she end the land contract and evict him?
