What to do about support?

my husband pays support on an 18y/o senior, we know she graduates in may/june. our delima is that we don't know where she is, if she is working, or even going to school. the last we heard she was living with her b/f about 6 months ago. the mother has moved and left no forwarding address. and don't even know where the child is living, whether it is with the mom or with b/f now. we know if she stays in school and living with mom, we pay till she is 21, but what about under these circumstances. they were never married, and the daughter and husband have not spoke in almost 3 years, what little information we do get if from her myspace page, so we don't even know howtrue the information is on that site. since it was orderd the child support division for him to pay, he has done it and even done volunteerary increases, but now, after all this time, he feels like if she is able to move out, and not contact him, then maybe she doesn't need the money. but the clerks office will not release an address to him to mail court papers to her.. any suggestions? please help!!
