Default Use of Lyrics in Social Media

If I create images that contain song lyrics and post them to my personal Facebook page, with no commercial use or profit, is that a copyright violation?

Read this article. It is unlikely that anybody is going to notice your use of the lyrics, and you may also have a fair use defense to any accusation that your noncommercial use is a violation, but we can't rule out the possibility that somebody will accuse you of infringement or issue a take-down notice or cease-and-desist letter.
