Default International Travel by a Permanent Resident With a Pending DV Case

I am a permanent resident with an unrestricted Green Card. I was charged with domestic violence. Can I travel internationally when the charge is pending?

Your permanent residency allows you to enter and leave the U.S., so in that respect the pending charge makes no difference. If you're out on bond, you may need court permission to travel. In terms of long-term consequences, a conviction matters much more than a charge -- right now you're presumed innocent.
