Default Employer is Terminating the Visa of a Sexually Harassed Employee

An employee made a sexual harassment claim against her employer, and the claim was submitted to the EEOC. The EEOC eventually returned a right to sue letter, and the employee's lawyer was planning to file a lawsuit. After the letter came back but before the suit was filed, the employer told the employee that she was fired, and that it has petitioned to revoke her H1b visa. What should she do?

She should immediately discuss her employer's actions with her employment lawyer, and discuss with him (or an immigration lawyer) her possible immigration strategies, along with how her case might proceed in the event that she has to return to her nation of origin.
