    Default Can a Pregnant Teen Move In With Her Underage Boyfriend

    Our fifteen-year-old daughter is pregnant. Her boyfriend is also fifteen. His mother says that because she's pregnant she can decide to move in with them. I don't think that's correct, but I want to know for sure.

    Getting pregnant doesn't give a teen the right to decide where she lives. She is medically emancipated in relation to the pregnancy, but she is otherwise subject to parental control. So the boyfriend's mother is just plain wrong.
