    Default How to Complain About a Correction Officer's Conduct

    If an inmate feels harassed or abused by a corrections officer, how can the inmate complain about the correction officer's conduct?

    They can complain to the officer's superior. For more serious concerns, or if they fear retaliation, they can speak with their criminal defense lawyer or try to reach an organization such as the ACLU.
