Default Polygraph Examinations While on Parole

A defendant was convicted of a sex offense and, when paroled, was ordered into a counseling program. The counselor decided that he was lying about his computer use, as he's forbidden from using computers or the Internet, and she required a polygraph examination. He passed that test. A month later she is demanding another polygraph examination. Can she keep re-testing him as often as she wants?
