My friend Needs an Emancipation

Ok My friend Needs and Emancipation. She dosen't have a job rite now but she has ofers, she can come stay with me. But the thing is as far as I can see is that in Ohio you can't get an imancipation. She is being mentaly/ phisicaly abused. Its not so bad rite now...and she said that if it goes on she would perfer to not resort to that. getting the Police involved that is.
there has to be Emanipation rules on Ohio rite?
I have been working so hard to try and get her outa there!!!!! I've been wracking my brain! Please I need help on this. Really. I don't really want to hear about the abuse or about joining the Army and getting married. She dosen't have a boy friend curently. I need this information. why don't they curently have Emancipation laws? Can anyone anser these problems? please respond!

Ohio recognizes emancipation through lawful marriage, and through active duty military service.
