Default Can a Parent Take Away Phone Lent to a Child

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Pennsylvania

I have a relationship with a person in the state of Pennsylvania. My relationship with this individual has reached a point (and the person's family's inadequacy to make their phone bills) where my family put this individual on our phone plan, and are allowing this individual to use a phone from it. Does the individual's father have the legal right to take away the phone? I am aware that we could push to get the phone back, but is there a way that we can push him not to take it from the individual at all? Any answer is appreciated, thank you all in advance. In addition, if I posted this in the wrong section, my most sincere apologies.

Is the other person a minor? If so his/her parent can prohibit his child from having a phone. If the father prohibits his child from having a phone I suggest you accept that and simply ask for your phone back and drop it.

Your parents are responsible for calls made on that phone. It does not matter who is making them. They may want to remove this person from their plan.

Your partner is a minor - his or her father can take away the phone if he deems it is fit to do so. If you want the phone back, get it from the dad. Take the minor off your plan.
