No I haven't I work full time 10 hour days make good money and paid every week
And in what capacity do you think you may be able to sponsor her? Spouse? Other? What? Believe it or not, this is an important topic for you.

But you never answered the other question about her passport not being stamped
Gosh, nothing gets past you, does it? My, my, my!

No she doesn't all she remembers that she would buy a ticket on the 29th the immigration officer then asked her if Greyhound's came back everyday she replied Yes and they let her through.

Now she couldn't of known coming here if the Greyhound's going back to Canada would be sold out for a number of set days even weeks which does happen sometimes which is maybe why they never stamped her passport.

Even if she declared the 29th for instance and lets just say going to the Greyhound and they told us they were sold out until say Sept.16th what she would be able to do about it? Not very much she couldn't of known that ahead of time cause sometimes the website can be wrong.

So now my question is there someway I could contact the border in regards to this without mentioning her name to see if she has to go back or if she is allowed to stay since there's no stamp on the passport ?

You think if she declared a date they would of stamped it or said something to her she had to be back across the border that day but they didn't she is sitting right next to me as I type this so she's letting me know what all was said as I type
Is there a reason why she isn't on the phone herself? Seriously.
