If a non-working vehicle is an issue however, the landlord has to have some basis for determining that the vehicle is non-working. The landlord cannot simply assume that if the vehicle is legally parked for a period of time, unless the lease says that a vehicle can be determined as non-working if parked for more than XX days in the same spot.
We have been told that the vehicle is non-working. We have been told no other basis for the proposed removal of the vehicle, although certainly we can guess about a theoretical panoply of reasons.
