I want to be emancipated

I want to be emancipated. I dont live with my family because my mom is an acohlic and crack head and so I live with a couple who have another child and this child is so rude. she disrespects everyone she see. someone can be talking to someone then shell come up and say that your talking about her. well she can call people volgure word and not in trouble at all. but if i saw something or say somthin just playing around with sort of an attitude I get sreamed at. Even if i do not have an attitude they think i do so i still get screamed at. but if they say i have an attitude then ill get one. these people really do not scare me at all. but id rather just be somewhere else other then here. I think the emanipation laws in OHIO suck . Some people send chilcdren services to people houses and theres nothing wrong because they call ahead of time saying that there comeing or half the time they really dont care. But i think you can be emancipated at 16 because then your able to have a job and your in high school and youll have your lisence.

In Ohio you can be emancipated either by lawful marriage, or by active duty military service. If either ends before you turn 18 your revert to the custody of your parents.
