Default Can a Teenager Move Out After Completing High School

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Ohio
hello, I'm 16 years old and I'll be 17 in November. I'm graduated and already in college. I currently live in Florida while my mom lives in Ohio. Before I left I lived with a friend for many months and when I come back to Ohio I planned on living with some friends as roommates. Is it legal considering I'm graduated from high school to move out?
