Default Withdrawing Money from a Bank Account After Filing for Divorce

My question involves a marriage in the state of: TX
Hi lawyers. My wife and I agree to divorce that's why I started filling out (Divorce Set 1 - Uncontested, No Minor Children, No Real Property) for my divorce. I have saved a little bit of money around ($1000) since we separated 5 months ago, this is my own money, I made it since she left me. I really want to keep my own money, because I made it, can I withdraw all money from my bank? I'm worried because I'm filling out Affidavit of Indigency form. May I have your advices please, thank you.

    Is this a joint account?

You're either indigent or you are not. If you plan to pull money out of the account and then lie about the extent of your assets on your affidavit based upon your newly reduced bank balance, I would obviously not recommend that approach.

No, it is not joint account. That is just my own saving money.

You have issues. 1) You are a liar. 2) If you have $1000 you should be hiring an attorney with that money. 3) We will not help someone commit fraud.
