My question involves civil rights in the State of: legal rights im 17 my bf is 23 im pregnant with his child . my parents wont let me around him . what can be done? I think its best for him to be around thru out this pregnancy. He is very much invovled

I will also add that if some 23 year old adult got my 17 year old child pregnant, I wouldn't allow him around her either, and depending on what state I was in, I might even consider statutory rape charges. He had no business dating a minor who is six years younger than he is, letting alone having sex with her.

what can be done? He can stay away until you turn 18 and move out, or your parents say otherwise. As long as you are a minor, what your parents say goes. And if you continue to live with them after you turn 18, it's still their house, their rules.

You do need to take him to court for child support. He will also be allowed visitation time with the child. That does not mean that he has to come in contact with you. Of course, if he is in jail where he should be, he won't be able to visit anyone or pay any child support.

She's 17. Without knowing where she is located, we cannot say whether he's even committed any crime let alone comment on where he "should be".

In short, NO, you do not have a "right" to see your boyfriend.
