Not really conclusive of anything. Most claimants don't have a clue what makes poor performance look like misconduct so the OP wouldn't have necessarily known that it was an important detail. Also, there is the version of the story that the employer might tell the UI people, and the employer might know how to make poor performance look like misconduct.

The point is that when a claimant knows what to look for, they can maybe change the outcome by bringing up a key issue. Could be that the employee was doing just great in their old job and had a recent promotion. It's important to raise the issue that while they used to be a good performer in the old job, they can't be held to those same standards in the new job.
