Default Emancipation of Minors in Idaho

My question involves juvenile law in the State of: Idaho
Hi mi name is Wendy I am 16 years old and I have a baby she is 1 year old. I am currently working a full time shift, and I want to move out from my moms house. I am capable of living by myself. I just need to know how the emancipation situation works.

How do you intend to support yourself and a baby by yourself? (in other words, without the state picking up the tab)

This will include full market rent, utilities, health insurance, transportation, food, clothing, sundry items ... and you're already at a disadvantage because you've shown the court that you need more - not less - supervision.

Emancipation isn't about want. Emancipation is about need.

It doesn't. Idaho does not have a means by which an unmarried minor can be emancipated.

And unless you are living on your own and paying all your own expenses without assistance, and that means without the assistance of the taxpayers as well, you don't qualify anyway.

Idaho has a statute indicating that emancipation results from lawful marriage, and another that suggests that emancipation may result from the commencement of active duty military service, but does not indicate that there is any other way to become emancipated.
