You said earlier that he didn't have his green-card ... now you're saying that he has the 10 year card? Help me help you - which is it?
He ran away and called me few days ago to laugh at me and tell me he got his green card and it's for 10 years and he told me to not take action against him or else he would do the worse of the worse for me. So yes he has it
He would not get a green card good for ten years based on your marriage. It's only going to be a two year conditional card. Since you are incapable of answering direct questions, I suspect your best bet would be to find an immigration attorney to see what you have actually done, what he has done, and what your liabilities are.
Thanks for just shutting me off its obvious no lawyer or attorney is capable of handling my case
Lots of attorneys are capable of handling your case. The problem is that no one can help you if you are incapable of answering the questions asked. You have not clearly answered a single question asked of you. Free volunteers do not have the time to try to convince you to answer questions. You will need to pay an attorney.
Check out your local Legal Aid and local university's legal clinic. I am particularly concerned about your claims of domestic violence; the outcomes of these charges may be of importance in your situation.
You can also check with your local agency who assists victims of domestic violence for attorney referrals. They would more likely see the immigrant as the abused person but should also be able to assist the sponsor who is abused by the immigrant.
