Default How to Prove Somebody Faked a Disability to Get a Pension

My question involves police conduct in the State of: New York

    Hi all,

I will try to explain this as short as I can. I was scared to come forward earlier. I have information regarding a corrections officer( We we will call him #1) who for the last few years has told people he abused inmates and faking a mental illness to get off job when he claimed off camera the inmate attacked him . TRUE STORY he was very good friends with a Capt. This Capt #2 was involved in a brutal attack on an inmate while in the medical wing there's no cameras. They have joked about all of this for about 5 years laughing also the captain helping him be alone with the inmate, coaching him on how to get off job saying he's has PTSD and mental issues and a arm injury..
Why should he get away with collecting a #3/4 pention. He is lying but this is going back 6 years ago is it too late I'm afraid of them so I've cut ties qith them . Where can I report this and can I?

Like Mark Furman in the days before OJ, this corrections officer may have been telling tales just to make them sound entertaining.

If you want to report his words, you can contact his employer. If he has been retired for years, then I suspect that the ship has sailed to take any legal action against him, but, you can still pass along what you think you know to his employer, the local prosecutor, or whomever might be willing to look into these allegations. I wouldn't expect anything to come from it, but, you can report it.
