Default What to Do About False Information Provided in Interrogatories

My question involves court procedures for the state of: Virginia

I sent questions for defendant to answer in an effort to identify assets. The defendant listed an employer. I called the employer after the information was provided. The employer stated no one by that name worked there. They looked in a directory and they stated the only person with the first name who worked there had a different last name. Is there any way to point this out to the judge?

Default Re: Defendant Lied As to Employer in Interogatories (Virginia), Can I Do Anything

I am going somewhere specific with this.

When you called the employer, who did you talk to? The receptionist? HR? Payroll? A department manager?

    How big is the employer?

What is the nature of the case?

I know it doesn't seem as if these questions have anything to do with yours, but I really do have a reason for them.
