I went on the bus and paid the bus fare back to home, when MTA officer came and asked for recepit I could not show imminently, so he give a ticket and told me I can dismiss the ticket over the phone once i found the receipt or give the agent serial number to run the system,so I accept his advice allow him take my personal info down. I give him all wrong info except my credit card number and my name(address, phone number were wrong and no social security was given), then I found the receipt of bus fare after I arrive home,
now, is there anyway i can open the dispute and win the dispute?
should I just let it go with no payment
or i need to pay the penalty since i cannot prove me is me ?(is credit card a valid Id card?)
