Angry Do You Have to Document to the USCIS That You are Separated

My question involves a marriage in the state of:New Jersey

I raised a similar question in this forum but here i am seeking for help again. I am naturalized U.S. citizen and during my naturalization ceremony i mentioned that i was married to foreign spouse according to foreign law. However me and my wife never lived together and we are separated. She doesn't want to give me any divorce neither she wants any support from me. She has never been to United States and neither she wants to come here. I have been filing taxes as single and now the job that i am applying for is asking for naturalization certificate that says i am married. May i know if i need any certificate that shows that i am separated ? Plz advice.

You can obtain a divorce even if your spouse does not agree to it. See a family law attorney. Since spouses receive benefits and creates obligations from a marriage, it is important to finalize a divorce quickly.

You should stop creating multiple threads on this issue. One will suffice because you fail to disclose all the details, it really hinders us in our answers.
As you have already been told countless times, YOU CAN NOT FILE SINGLE. I have no idea what further shenanigans you're trying to pull here. You are MARRIED. You are not "SEPARATED" as far as the law is concerned and at the time you were naturalized you were MARRIED and there's no changing this, EVER, PERIOD, END OF STORY.

By the way, security clearance issuing agencies take a dim view of intentional lies on appliactions. You need to come clean.

You need to talk to a divorce lawyer in NJ if you don't wish to be married anymore. Add that to finding a tax professional that actually knows what the law is.
