What am I charged with?

Okay, over 20 years ago, I was cuaght in my car with a woman, both of the age of consent, by the police. My ticket stated the I was receiving felatio in the back seat of my car. I did go to jail, during the arringment, the judge took my bail money and sent me on my way, the case was over. Am I a sex offender? Do I have to register?
Is there any way to clear this up? My inner self is winning, and this is driving me nuts! This is Detroit Michigan by the way.
