Default Wrongly Accused of Shoplifting Clothing

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Ohio
I was in a Buckle store, I went in with point cards that equal up to a certain amount of credit from previous purchases. The manager said he would add it up for me meanwhile the store associate started to get me jeans in my size, he came over and said you have $220 in credit obviously I shop a lot there, so anyway I said I want to try these on so I got a dressing room, I had a bag from a previous store purchase and I asked would do you like me to leave the bag outside and she said no so she continue to hand me jeans and I continue to try them on on one pair of the jeans there was a security tag it was halfway on halfway off and I could try the jeans on to this right on the waistline and it was making it possible for you to button them so I looked at it and it wasn't even on correctly and I pulled it and it came off so I put it together and put it in the jeans pocket of the jeans continue to try on jeans handed back the ones that didn't fit. I then decided on one pair of jeans which I took up to the register when I walked out of the dressing room there was security guard walking around in the cold all the employees were acting very suspicious they run into the room I was in picking up the stool seat looking for something I don't know the remote is acting really odd the cashier asked me if I shopped a lot I said I shop a lot online I use my certificate I checked out. I walk out of the store and there are 3 security guards from the mall standing around me the manager and a different girl come out and say I need to check your bags I had I said find me check my purse my bags everything I didn't have anything except for what I purchased they would ahead and accuse me of ripping security tags off jeans and trying to steal them they never apologized they said well you were banned from the store turned and walked away I have never been more mortified in my life even the security guards for shaking their heads now I have called corporate left messages I've gotten a couple phone calls back where I've missed them now loss prevention from corporate is calling me what could this be all about constantly calling to make a complaint I felt that I was wrongly accused and treated poorly by the staff.

Sorry, I was use the voice button so it would type faster. I have spoken with loss prevention, actually just today. They are now saying the credit certificates I have don't seem to equal my purchases and I stated that's correct because when I handed them over I stated these have been combined with my friends and family's punch cards, only buckle can punch the cards. Therefore, as time went on we held on to them all and combined them. So they are now stating it isn't transferable and I said well he could have said something at that time, because I did say they were combined. So loss prevention stated they will review and send to the district manager to see if they want to continue a shopping relationship....so am I now in trouble for combining? They asked for the names of my friends and family to view there accounts to verify the cards and I refused to give that information, she said she was going to look at their accounts and I said no, if there was a problem it should have been stated then and not accuse me if ripping of security tags, so now what should I expect?

Your rights are to take your business elsewhere.

Girl, sentences and punctuation are your friend. I can't even begin to understand that mashup of words at the end.

You can continue to try to contact corporate to plead your case, but for now you must stay out of the store. What is now a suspected shoplifting will turn intoi a definite criminal trespass if you go back at this point. If you hear from the police or prosecutor, decline to speak to them without an attorney.

So what now I'm in trouble for the punch cards?

None of this matters, at all. Stay out of the store, and if you're contacted by the police or prosecutor, get an attorney as others have already told you.

She did say she was using the voice button instead of typing.

    This.

And she added it after flyingron pointed it out.
