Default Harassment and Invasion of Privacy by a Neighbor

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pennsylvania

I am being continually harassed by my next door neighbor which includes being stalked, invasion of privacy(he has home security camera's exclusively aimed on me and my back yard which is not visible to the public or the public street),destruction and theft of my personnel property ,criminal tresspassing, verbal assault, making false reports, and more. This has been ongoing for a year and on april 6th,2016 he mortally injured my pet.I am unsure how to proceed with filing criminal and or civil complaints ,due to to the numerous details involved in this situation.I wish I could afford an attorney but I cannot.I want to make sure that these matter are correctly addressed.I have many photographs, several witnesses and evidence pertaining to the individual's motive for his crimes and behavior against me.

The first thing you need to do is make a police report.

Ok.when I write a statement for the police report do I start from the beginning( over a year ago)? And list the events in it as they occurred( I may not have the exact date of some incidents)and do I need to provide to them the photographs ie:the destruction of my personnel property?

Thank-you so much for this help as I am extremely frightned and overwhelmed by this situation.

What happened over a year ago is likely not going to matter at all - it's over and done with.

You should write what happened most recently, and provide your evidence. Work back through time if you wish. Please understand that what you think is proof may not be proof of much at all.
