    Default Does a SSI Recipient Have to Report College Attendance to the SSA

    If a person on ssi attends college part time..under 12 credits and is under 22 living at home. you have to report it to ssi?

    There may be additional benefits for you while you are going to school:

    Contact your SSA office for further information.

    Do you have any more information on this? I would call the woman I have been working with to ask, but she is very mean and not at all pleasant to speak to.
