    Default Interpreting a Will Directive

    If a will mentions "of the person and of the estate" as one directive, Is that of all matters, health decisions and financial?

    If it's language from a will, it wouldn't affect health decisions and financial decisions of a living person, if that's what your asking. A will determines distribution of assets after death.
