On April 27 the judge instructed plaintiff's attorney to prepare the written orders, which would include:
- the continuation (from June 1 to July 28)
- plaintiff's requirement to prepare a draft plan by May 4
- defendant's visitation for a week beginning July 25

Currently none of the written orders are filed/approved, and the calendar still has us on for June 1. I was hoping that there is a way to prevent the continuance being granted, forcing her to appear June 1, given that she is already out of compliance with the orders.

The location of the court is Hawaii; also the location of the children's residence.
