Default What Is The Mother Up To?

My husband did the swab test with his alleged daughter a year ago...found out she is not his...

A year later, the child's mother said that she is sending some paperwork to my husband to sign. She says that it is basically acknowledging that he is not the father. Doesn't this have to go through the court? Of course, my husband is not gonna sign something without thoroughly reading it. Something just doesn't sound right about it. If this is the case where he can sign it and have his name removed, then that would be great

I'm thinking that she wants to get child support from the other guy who is supposingly the father, that is why she is now sending this to my husband....that's fine, as long as my husband's name is off the birth certificate.

When you know what is in the paperwork she is sending, assuming something arrives, you can ask a question about it. For now, only the child's mother knows what she intends to mail to your husband.
